Wong Boodrasang is back for another season at The Academy. He is the Varsity head coach at North Central (Indianapolis) High School, following single-season stints as their JV coach (2018) and Freshman coach (2017).
Wong began his coaching career at Game Point Volleyball Club in Lafayette, Indiana, where he helped with various clinics and training. After moving to Indianapolis and taking time off for family, Wong was got back involved in the coaching world via CYO. He has previously been a head coach at the 15s level at an area club prior to joining The Academy in 2015.
Wong began playing volleyball while in college, where he also participated in the Purdue University Fencing Club. Since then, he has continued to play the game at various levels.
When not coaching, Wong is a system analyst for a financial company in Fishers. He lives with his wife, whom he met while playing volleyball, and son in Carmel.
