Mackenzie is excited to be joining The Academy to share her knowledge and love of the game. She comes from a family of volleyball players, as her 3 sisters and her dad also played competitively. Mackenzie grew up in the gym watching her sisters compete and started club volleyball in the 3rd grade. She played 9 years of club volleyball at Dunes Volleyball Club and Epic United Volleyball Club, playing at the elite level starting at 13s. Mackenzie was a four year varsity letterman as a DS/Libero at Wheeler High School. She was captain her senior year and won the sectional in 2018. Mackenzie was also 1st Team Academic All-State.
Mackenzie is currently studying Elementary Education at Butler University, but she just couldn’t stay away from away from the game. Mackenzie couldn’t be more excited to start her first year at The Academy!
