Emily began playing volleyball in 6th grade and her love for the sport has only grown. She has played competitive volleyball since 7th grade where she was a setter for New Mexico Volleyball Club.

She moved to Indiana before her freshman year of high school and attending Zionsville Community High School. At Zionsville, Emily transitioned from a setter to an outside hitter. She played club volleyball throughout high school, ending playing with Indiana Volleyball Academy.

Emily coached throughout high school with both Little Spikers and Junior Eagles (Zionsville) and is so excited to be back in the coaching scene!

Emily graduated from Purdue in May 2019 with a bachelors degree in Elementary and Special Education and is currently a Development Kindergarten teacher in MSD of Wayne Township. When Emily is not coaching or at school, she enjoys watching Purdue and Ohio State athletics and playing with her dog, Brutus, and cat, Billie.
