Chad Marshall has over 25 years of club coaching experience. After 22 years of coaching volleyball in the Lafayette area, including several successful years as the Associate Head Coach at Lafayette (Ind.) Jeff High School, he was named the Varsity Head Coach at West Lafayette High School in 2009. Chad had many successful seasons with the Red Devils, including four consecutive Sectional championships (2012-15).

Chad has coached all levels of elite volleyball in Lafayette and Indianapolis. Prior to The Academy, he spent several years as a club director and started the first youth volleyball club in the Lafayette area. He spent eight years as a coach and the assistant director of Performance Point Volleyball Club, handling their coach training program, running camps and clinics, and coordinating the club’s relationships with collegiate recruiters.

From 1998-2004, Chad was also the head coach for the Purdue Women’s Club team, compiling a 210-36 record in the position. In two consecutive seasons, the Boilers went 70-2, losing only in the finals of those two seasons’ national championships.

Chad was a setter on the Purdue Men’s Club team and played several successful years of Men’s USA Volleyball around the Midwest. He also set on the Lafayette area’s first boys volleyball team at Lafayette Jeff.

Chad is also a true veteran of the college camp scene in the Midwest, having coached camps at Purdue, Miami (OH), Bradley, Ohio State, and Illinois.
