Alex is joining us this year at The Academy as our 18 Gray head coach. Alex has spent a long time around the game of volleyball. His first exposure to the game of volleyball was holding a position as a student manager at Union City from 2014-2018. Right after high school he jumped into coaching at Union City for 4 seasons. First as a Varsity Assistant where they won The Randolph County Championship in the 2019. He also coach 7th grade in 2020, Junior Varsity 2021, Varsity Assistant 2022.
Alex currently serves as the Junior Varsity Head Coach at Mississinawa Valley. He is excited to continue to branch out his knowledge of the game with the boys program here at The Academy. When he is not coaching volleyball, he works with Special Education at Union City.
