Adrianne Taylor

Head Coach, 18 Regional White

Adrianne Taylor is returning to the Academy boys program for year number three. Prior to her time with the boys she had also spent time coaching the girls side of the game. She got her first coaching school job in 2016 and quickly moved up the ranks to Junior Varsity and Varsity in 2020. Her playing career included time playing volleyball in middle school and high school.  This will be her third year coaching girls at The Academy, second year coaching boys, and second year coaching Fall youth league.

Abby Hilbrich

Assistant Coach, 16 Elite Banshees

Abby Hillbrich brings 25 years of volleyball coaching experience to The Academy. She lives in Indianapolis with her husband and two teenage daughters, both of whom are multi-sport athletes involved in volleyball, softball, and track. Her youngest daughter will compete on The Academy’s 14-1 En Fuego team for the upcoming club season, continuing the family’s deep connection to the sport.

Outside the gym, Abby works as an Account Manager in the pharmaceutical industry, where she thrives on building relationships and supporting her clients. Her extensive coaching background and passion for the game have made her a dedicated mentor to young athletes—helping them grow in both skill and confidence while fostering a love for volleyball that lasts well beyond the court.
