Jack Lesure brings 13 years of coaching experience to The Academy Volleyball Club. This will be his eighth season with The Academy and his fourth year as Head Coach of the 15 Open Venom. Prior to his current role, Jack served as Director at Boiler Juniors, where he also led the 17 Open, 16 Open, and 14 Open teams. Earlier in his career, he coached for two seasons at VC Nebraska and three seasons at Munciana, all with the 15s age group.
Jack is currently the Varsity Assistant Coach at Westfield High School and has previously been part of the coaching staffs at Muncie-Burris (2015) and New Castle (2014).
A 2016 graduate of Ball State University with a degree in Business Administration, Jack went on to earn his Master’s from the University of Nebraska in 2018 while serving as a Graduate Manager for the women’s volleyball team. After completing his studies, he joined The Academy full-time, serving as Director of Boiler Juniors from 2018–2022 before assuming the same role in Indianapolis, where he continues to lead today.
