The Academy Volleyball Club is excited to announce the launch of the newest professional men’s volleyball team in the Volleyball League of America! The team will begin competition in the 2024 season. Look for more information coming soon!
Information
Tryouts
- Saturday, December 30
- 10:00 am- 12:00 pm
- 1:30 pm- 3:30 pm
- Players are encouraged to attend both sessions. For those unable to attend, please register and complete as much information as possible. We will do our best to place athletes on the roster with available information.
Team
- The final roster will be announced on Wednesday, January 3.
- The team will consist of 12 athletes and 8 practice players.
Practices
- Practices will start Thursday, January 4
- Mondays: 7:30 pm- 9:30 pm
- Thursdays: 5:30 pm- 7:30 pm
- Weekends TBD

- Central Cup Events
- January 27- Wheaton, Illinois
- March 16- Cincinnati, Ohio
- VLA Cup
- May 17- Madison, Wisconsin
The team will be participating in other VLA events and matches. Those dates are TBD after the completion of the team.
